These Terms of Service govern your use of PrimoMovingTotes.com and your submission of questions, availability requests and other information through the website.

Primo Moving Totes is a service of Primo Party Rentals LLC.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

Website Purpose

PrimoMovingTotes.com provides general information about moving-tote rentals, available packages, optional delivery services and ways to contact Primo Moving Totes.

Website information is provided for general informational and request purposes. It does not guarantee that any specific tote quantity, package, delivery date, return date or service will be available.

Availability Requests Are Not Reservations

Submitting an availability form, sending an email, calling, texting or otherwise contacting Primo Moving Totes does not automatically:

  • Reserve totes or equipment
  • Confirm availability
  • Guarantee pricing
  • Create a rental agreement
  • Require Primo Moving Totes to accept the request

A reservation is confirmed only after Primo Moving Totes has reviewed the request, confirmed availability and pricing, and completed any required rental agreement, deposit or payment process.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to rent totes or other equipment.

By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the request.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Quoted prices may not include:

  • Applicable taxes
  • Optional delivery charges
  • Optional return-pickup charges
  • Rental extensions
  • Optional equipment or add-ons
  • Other charges disclosed before confirmation

Final pricing will be reviewed with you before payment is collected or a reservation is confirmed.

Pickup, Delivery and Return Services

Customer pickup and return are available at our Oswego location by confirmed appointment.

Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.

Local delivery and return pickup may be available for an additional charge. Availability and pricing depend on factors including:

  • The service address
  • Requested dates
  • Travel distance
  • Inventory availability
  • Scheduling availability
  • Site access and other service requirements

Delivery and return pickup are separate optional services unless otherwise stated in a confirmed reservation.

Rental Terms

Confirmed rentals may be subject to a separate rental agreement, invoice, reservation confirmation or other written terms.

Those rental-specific documents may address matters including:

  • Payment and deposits
  • Rental dates
  • Extensions
  • Cancellations
  • Rescheduling
  • Tote and equipment care
  • Lost or damaged property
  • Cleaning requirements
  • Late returns
  • Delivery and pickup conditions
  • Additional charges

If these website Terms of Service conflict with a signed or accepted rental agreement, the rental agreement will control for that reservation.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, scheduling and service-address information.

Customers must:

  • Use totes and equipment only for their intended purpose
  • Keep rented items reasonably clean and protected
  • Follow any handling, stacking, weight and safety instructions provided
  • Prevent unauthorized use
  • Keep rented property secured from theft, loss and avoidable damage
  • Return all rented items by the agreed date and in the agreed manner
  • Notify Primo Moving Totes promptly of damage, loss, scheduling problems or service-access issues

Specific responsibilities and charges will be stated in the confirmed rental agreement.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, totes or equipment:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To transport illegal, hazardous, explosive or highly flammable materials
  • In a way that is likely to damage the totes or equipment
  • To interfere with the website or its security
  • To submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
  • To impersonate another person or business
  • To attempt unauthorized access to website systems or data

Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, package details, pricing, service areas, availability, photographs and descriptions may change. Website photographs are provided for illustration and may not show the exact individual tote, dolly or equipment item assigned to a rental.
